What I'm Doing Now
I currently live in Paris and I'm trying to lead a life filled with cooking and discovering food and learning more about the world around me. This is what I spend my time doing:
- Working as a pizzaiolo in the heart of Paris
- Writing articles about food and how it links to history and culture
- Developing pizzas inspired by the dishes of my childhood
- Gaining experience as a bread baker
These are some of my more global priorities:
- Maintaining deep and meaningful relationships with my family, friends and loved ones
- Read and learn something interesting every day
- Eat healthily
- Sleep 8 hours a night
- Slowly build towards having other income streams
- Develop a restaurant or food truck concept
