What I'm Doing Now

I currently live in Paris and I'm trying to lead a life filled with cooking and discovering food and learning more about the world around me. This is what I spend my time doing:

  • Working as a pizzaiolo in the heart of Paris
  • Writing articles about food and how it links to history and culture
  • Developing pizzas inspired by the dishes of my childhood
  • Gaining experience as a bread baker

These are some of my more global priorities:

  • Maintaining deep and meaningful relationships with my family, friends and loved ones
  • Read and learn something interesting every day
  • Eat healthily
  • Sleep 8 hours a night
  • Slowly build towards having other income streams
  • Develop a restaurant or food truck concept
